Kronish Lieb Lobbies For Fees In Adelphia Suit

Law360, New York (October 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP has filed a bid to receive nearly half a million dollars in legal fees for services rendered as counsel for the fee committee in the Chapter 11 proceedings of Adelphia Communications Corp.

In court documents filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Kronish asked for court approval of $429,757.46 for legal services rendered between March 1 and Aug. 31.
