Tyson Loses Bench Trial Bid In Chicken Waste Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A judge has decided that a jury can consider part of a lawsuit brought by the state of Oklahoma accusing Tyson Foods Inc. and other poultry processors of polluting the Illinois River with chicken waste.
