Solvay's Challenge To DOC Anti-Dumping Duties Fails

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009, 4:59 PM EDT) -- Solvay Solexis Inc. and one of its subsidiaries have lost their challenge to anti-dumping duties imposed by the U.S. Department of Commerce on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from Italy.

Judge Richard W. Goldberg issued the order Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade sustaining the findings of the DOC and the method it used to calculate duties on the European company.
