Target Defeats Suit Over 'Worthless' Biotin Supplements

Law360 (August 30, 2019, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action alleging that Target Corp. brand biotin supplements are worthless, finding that the suit's claims are barred by federal law.
