Concealment Ruling Sticks In Urethane Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 2:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused a bid by BASF Corp. and other defendants to reconsider a portion of a ruling in the urethane multidistrict litigation concerning fraudulent concealment of a price-fixing conspiracy.

Judge John W. Lungstrum of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas on Friday rebuked the request by BASF, the Dow Chemical Co., Huntsman International LLC and others to reconsider part of an Aug. 14 order.
