Satellite Maker Says DBSD Plan Wrongly Blocks Claims

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 12:54 PM EDT) -- Satellite manufacturer Space Systems/Loral Inc. has asked the bankruptcy court to block DBSD North America Inc.'s Chapter 11 restructuring plan, saying that the plan violates the Bankruptcy Code by not allowing claims against third parties.
