Writers Guild Blasts 'Misrepresentations' By Talent Agencies

Law360 (September 12, 2019, 9:03 PM EDT) -- The Writers Guild of America is pushing back on claims that it’s delaying litigation in its attack on fee structures used by major Hollywood talent agencies, telling a California federal court it’s trying to find an orderly way to hash out competing antitrust allegations in three related cases.
