Law360 (September 1, 2009, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Computer memory technology firm SanDisk Corp. has reached an agreement with patent-holding company Premier International Associates LLC in a suit that accused SanDisk and two dozen other technology firms of profiting illegally from Premier's digital music-management inventions.
In a joint motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, SanDisk and Premier said they wanted to remove SanDisk from the litigation as a defendant, though terms of the resolution were not detailed in court documents.
The companies asked that all claims against SanDisk be dismissed and that each party bear its own attorneys' fees and costs....
