La. Retirement Fund To Lead Raymond James Action

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 2:40 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana state retirement fund has been selected as lead plaintiff and Grant & Eisenhofer PA as lead counsel in a class action alleging Raymond James Financial Inc. hid its losses in the commercial and residential real estate markets, leading to $2 billion in losses for investors when the troubles were revealed.
