Ballard Spahr Brings Back Ex-Fannie Mae Public Finance Atty

Law360 (October 11, 2019, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Ballard Spahr LLP has welcomed back a public finance attorney after his two-year stint at Fannie Mae, saying his experience with low-income tax credits and affordable multifamily housing development are a key addition to the firm’s public finance group.

Chuck Treece, who rejoined the firm on Sept. 9, is experienced in using tax-exempt debt and low-income housing credits to finance affordable housing developments and has represented parties on all sides of bond transactions, the firm said in a Sept. 25 statement.
