BankAmerica Plaintiffs Seek OK To Pursue Accountant

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 2:59 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the BankAmerica Corp. securities litigation have asked a judge whether they have the right to pursue claims against the law firm charged with distributing settlement proceeds after an accountant at the firm was caught up in a scheme that allegedly bilked plaintiffs in three major cases out of more than $40 million in settlement cash.
