Facebook Asks To Toss Web Portal's Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. has asked a judge to dismiss a set of antitrust counterclaims filed by Power Ventures Inc., in a suit alleging Power Ventures competes unfairly and infringes Facebook trademarks and copyrights by allowing Internet users to indirectly access Facebook through its Web site.
