Ex-Farmers Claims Adjuster Seeks Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A former claims adjuster with a California unit of Farmers Group Inc. has asked a federal judge to certify a class of more than 100 current and former Farmers employees, who allegedly didn't receive normal or overtime wages for the time they spent getting their assignments and traveling to their first appointment each day.
