Qwest ERISA Class Seeks Reinstatement, Cites Unisys

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs who challenged a decision by Qwest Communications International Inc.'s employee benefits plan to reduce a death benefit to a flat $10,000 have asked a judge to reinstate their proposed class action based on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit's recent Unisys Corp. opinion.
