Jessica Seinfeld Prevails In Cookbook Copyright Row

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 2:29 PM EDT) -- Jessica Seinfeld, wife of comedian Jerry Seinfeld, has won a copyright suit brought by a rival cookbook author who claimed Seinfeld’s “Deceptively Delicious” brazenly copied a cookbook the plaintiff released months earlier that also detailed how parents can sneak healthy food into their children’s favorite meals.
