CA To Pick Up NetQoS For $200M In Cash

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 1:40 PM EDT) -- CA Inc. has reached a definitive agreement to acquire privately held software maker NetQoS Inc. for $200 million, the company announced Monday.

The New York-based IT management software company said in a statement that the deal will “further strengthen its ability to help enterprise IT organizations and service providers deliver reliable, flexible and cost-effective IT and business services.”
