Water Agencies Balk At Tronox $415M Huntsman Deal

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Regulators from four states have objected to bankrupt Tronox Inc.’s plan to sell the bulk of its operating assets to Huntsman Corp., saying the $415 million deal provides little information about who will take over facilities in Henderson, Nev., that were found to contaminate the Colorado River.
