Austrian Firm Buys Delphi's European Air Bag Assets

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 12:45 PM EDT) -- Austrian air bag technology company iSi Automotive GmbH has reached a deal to acquire a significant portion of bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corp.'s European air bag assets, the company revealed Monday.

The purchase price for the deal remains confidential, iSi said, noting that the acquisition will allow the company to become a complete supplier of side, cranium and knee impact air bags.
