NY Hits Lehman Up For $1.2B In Unpaid Taxes

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 2:01 PM EDT) -- With the claims deadline looming in the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy, the estate has been flooded with claims, including one from New York state seeking more than $1.2 billion in unpaid taxes and interest from the investment firm.
