Law360, Los Angeles (November 15, 2019, 9:13 PM EST) -- A California federal judge indicated Friday he's leaning toward granting class certification on two of four claims brought on behalf of more than 200,000 Walmart workers who say the retail giant failed to pay workers the correct amount of overtime and provide them with proper wage statements, among other claims.
