Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has transferred several more suits to the ever-expanding litigation in Florida federal court over whether zinc in denture creams made by GlaxoSmithKline PLC units and the Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. caused neurological diseases.
On Friday, the panel issued a conditional transfer order, moving another eight suits to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida after determining that they contained similar allegations.
