Bottler, Insurers Wrangle Over Venue In $28M Spat

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 5:26 PM EDT) -- PepsiAmericas Inc. has asked a federal court to move a suit it filed against Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau, seeking to recover $28 million in payouts relating to an underlying class action over chromium exposure at a PAS plant, back to an Illinois state court after Wausau tried to move the case to a California state court.

The suit is currently lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
