Delta Needs More Time For Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (October 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- For the third time, Delta Air Lines Inc. is urging a federal bankruptcy judge to add minutes to the clock and delay an upcoming deadline to file a reorganization plan in its Chapter 11 case.

The airline filed the motion on Friday seeking to postpone the deadline to file the plan from Nov. 8 to Feb. 15, 2007, and the deadline to solicit creditor approval from Jan. 8 to April 16, 2007.
