Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Absorbs IP Boutique, Staffs Up In New York

Law360 (April 1, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Kirkpatrick & Lockhart has beefed up its intellectual property practice in New York by acquiring a local IP boutique.

The firm has hired Mark I. Peroff, founding partner of Trademark & Patent Counselors of America, P.C., and Darren W. Saunders, also a partner at TM&P, as partners at its New York office.

Joining Peroff and Saunders are Keith E. Danish as Counsel and associates Jacqueline M. Stelling and Andrew T. Paredes, also formerly of TM&P.
