Law360 (December 4, 2019, 6:25 PM EST) -- During the month of November, lobbyists representing major telecom carriers, broadcasters and satellite companies weighed in on how the Federal Communications Commission should repurpose satellite spectrum for 5G and encourage more WiFi development, among other priorities.
According to four weeks of FCC records, attorneys submitted 243 ex parte filings, which are disclosures that parties lobbying the FCC must file to detail conversations and meetings with agency commissioners and staff.
