Payless Privacy Suit To Get Jury, Bench Trials

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 8:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has sided with Payless ShoeSource Inc. in determining that half of a consolidated putative class action alleging the company illegally records customer information will be heard in a bench trial rather than before a jury.
