Judge Denies Higher Fee Award In Model Case

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 7:53 PM EDT) -- In a drawn-out dispute over attorneys’ fees, a federal judge once again has shot down a bid by plaintiffs' attorneys seeking to increase their fee award after representing a class of models in a $22 million settlement over alleged price-fixing by Wilhelmina Artist Management LLC and other New York modeling agencies.
