Exelon Unit To Sell $1.5B In Notes

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A unit of energy giant Exelon Corp. has agreed to sell a combined $1.5 billion in senior notes in a bid to refinance debt related to cash tender offers that will mature in May 2011 and pay off the repurchase of pollution control bonds.
