Ex-Mercury Execs Best SEC's Foggy Grant Claims

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Federal regulators have hit a stumbling block in a prominent stock options backdating suit against three former executives of Mercury Interactive LLC and now must amend the allegations, including all claims against the software company’s ex-general counsel.
