Workers Seek Class Status In Suit Against Contractor

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 5:54 PM EDT) -- The lead plaintiffs in a putative collective action accusing asbestos abatement and construction contractor The Mack Group LLC of failing to pay its hazardous abatement workers overtime wages have moved for conditional certification on behalf of a class that could include more than 50 members.
