Director Sues Travelers Over Legal Costs

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A director and officer of AMC Computer Corp. has sued The Travelers Cos. Inc. in New York federal court, alleging it needs to pay up for legal fees related to his defense in a number of lawsuits brought over a credit agreement gone awry.
