DOJ Can't Maintain Charges Against BP Traders

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Texas has chucked indictments against four ex-BP America traders, shooting down the U.S. Department of Justice's allegations that they conspired to manipulate the U.S. propane market.
