Sack Makers Challenge DOC Ruling On Import Duties

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 12:56 PM EDT) -- A trade group representing manufacturers of laminated sacks used in retail packaging has lodged a complaint against the U.S. Department of Commerce, claiming the department erred in finding that certain sacks imported from China fell outside anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders.
