Linklaters Snaps Up Investment Funds Partner

Law360 (October 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ramping up its investment management practice, Linklaters has pulled in a partner from King & Spalding’s New York private funds and asset management practice group.

The addition of Stephen Culhane to Linklaters’ New York office comes on the heels of the firm’s hire of a four-partner U.S. litigation team from White & Case. Culhane will provide advice and services to sponsors of private equity, real estate, special situation, hedge and other alternative investment funds in the U.S. and international markets.
