Former Lehman Execs Sue Over Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Two former Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. assistant vice presidents have filed a putative class action adversary complaint in bankruptcy court alleging the investment giant improperly suspended severance pay after it sought Chapter 11 protection.

Cynthia Swabsin and Alexander Leytman filed the complaint with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York Sept. 21, requesting that their claims be converted from nonpriority unsecured claims to administrative claims or wage priority claims.
