Grand Jury Indicts Clinton Fundraiser

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A federal grand jury has indicted a fundraiser who served as the finance chair for Hillary Clinton's failed presidential bid and raised campaign funds for President Barack Obama for defrauding several banks of more than $290 million in loan proceeds.
