Plaintiffs Ask To Scrap Hearing In Google Books Deal

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 5:49 PM EDT) -- Author and publisher groups involved in a $125 million copyright settlement with Google Inc. asked a federal court Tuesday to postpone a final fairness hearing scheduled for October while they work with the U.S. Department of Justice to revise the agreement.
