Union To Appeal Order To Bargain Over Freight Rail Crew Size

Law360 (February 12, 2020, 8:18 PM EST) -- A rail workers' union on Wednesday sought the Fifth Circuit's review of a Texas federal judge order requiring the union to start bargaining with railroad giants CSX, BNSF, Norfolk Southern, Union Pacific and others over train crew staffing.
