Larry Flynt's Trademark Case V. Nephews Stays Intact

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 5:47 PM EDT) -- Pornography mogul Larry Flynt's nephews, who say they were cut loose from the family business in 2007, have lost a bid for partial summary judgment in a trademark case their uncle lodged against them over their plans to launch a new "Flynt" line of adult DVDs.

Judge A. Howard Matz of the U.S. District Court for the District of California on Sept. 23 rejected the partial summary judgment motion filed by defendants Dustin Flynt, Jimmy Flynt II and Flynt Media Corp.
