2nd Circ. Questions Due Process In Azerbaijan Oil Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 2:32 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has tossed a lower court's refusal to confirm a $1.2 million foreign arbitration award secured by a Frontera Resources Corp. unit against the State Oil Co. of the Azerbaijan Republic, ordering the district court to recalibrate its analysis of whether it has jurisdiction over the matter.
