Gannett To Offer $400M In Senior Notes

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 3:04 PM EDT) -- Media giant Gannett Co. Inc. will offer a total of $400 million in senior notes in a private offering and has predicted rosier-than-anticipated third-quarter earnings results, two announcements that gave a boost to its share prices and those of its industry competitors Tuesday.
