Toy Co. Urges Judgment Despite $9.5M Hover IP Verdict

Law360, Chicago (March 12, 2020, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Spin Master Ltd. argued in Illinois federal court Thursday that it should not be held to a $9.5 million jury verdict or any damages enhancement for infringing a rival's patents, saying the infringement claims weren't borne out during a trial.
