Shipping Co. Fined $1.65M For Dumping Oily Water Overboard

Law360 (March 23, 2020, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A Singaporean shipping company must shell out $1.65 million as punishment for illegally discharging oily bilge water during a voyage between the Philippines and California, a Golden State federal court ruled.
