2nd Circ. Nixes Sudanese Claims Against Talisman

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's ruling that a group of south Sudanese plaintiffs, including a major church group, could not prove Canadian oil company Talisman Energy Inc. aided and abetted the Sudanese government in war crimes and human rights abuses.
