Albertsons Workers Move For Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 4:59 PM EDT) -- Former workers at Albertsons and Supervalu supermarkets have moved for class certification in a lawsuit alleging the grocery chains' wage statements violate California labor laws.

Lead plaintiff Hugo Delgado, a former order selector at an Albertsons supermarket in Orange County, Calif., filed a motion for class certification Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
