Mass. Co. Charged With Illegal Exports To China

Law360, New York (October 6, 2009, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Three Chinese citizens and two corporations have been charged by the U.S. government with conspiring to illegally export radar components and other military items to users in China that include Chinese military entities.

Federal prosecutors filed a 38-count indictment Oct. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts alleging numerous crimes by Zhen Zhou Wu, Yufeng Wei and Bo Li, along with two companies affiliated with them, Chitron Electronics Inc. of Waltham, Mass., and Shenzhen Chitron Electronics Co. Ltd. of Shenzhen, China....
