JA Solar Seeks To Bounce Suit Over Lehman Losses

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Chinese solar cell maker JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd is seeking to dismiss a proposed class action complaint brought by investors over the company's alleged failure to reveal a $100 million investment with a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. unit in the months before the investment bank filed for Chapter 11.
