Google Lobbyist To Give Limited Testimony In IP Suit

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Google Inc., the defendant in a patent infringement suit over adaptive Internet searches, has successfully reduced the scope of the deposition of one of its key lobbyists, whom plaintiff PA Advisors LLC had wanted to testify about the search giant's policies relating to its intellectual property and to the changes it seeks for U.S. patent laws.
