Men's Wearhouse, Co-Founder Hit With Securities Suit

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 12:49 PM EDT) -- An institutional investor has filed a $22.9 million class action against Men's Wearhouse Inc., accusing the Houston-based purveyor of suits and its principals of concealing adverse financial information from shareholders and dumping their shares while they were riding high.

The Material Yard Workers Local 1175 Benefit Funds' lawsuit, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, names company co-founder George Zimmer and Chief Financial Officer Neill P. Davis as defendants.
