EC 'In Contact' With US Over IBM Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The European Commission is cooperating with a U.S. Department of Justice probe into allegedly anti-competitive behavior by IBM Corp. but has not launched an investigation of its own despite attempts in recent years by several U.S. companies to prod the European watchdog into direct action.
